As head contractor, we turned a former avocado orchard into a high-quality rural subdivision, delivered in two phases to suit the developer’s sales programme. We reshaped the land so all stormwater runs to 450 metres of raingardens, fixing a known flooding problem, and built five bridges, concrete roads, a pump station, power, fibre and landscaping.
